All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Generally, you can expect your order to ship within approximately 5 business days.

Firearms and lower receivers (any serialized item) usually take slightly longer and typically ship out within 5-10 business days. (Make sure you used your FFL you are shipping to as the shipping address or it could take longer).

During peak holiday seasons and busy times shipping times may vary.

If your order has passed the above shipping time please Contact Us and we will investigate and get your item shipped as soon as possible.

It’s easy see these two methods below.

Method 1- Go to our FFL Locator in the Help Center at the footer of every page and find the FF L nearest to you or where you want your firearm shipped to. Write the name and address down and use that for your shipper. We will initiate the transfer to them.

Method 2- Go to your shopping cart and click Checkout.

Click Ship to a different address.

Follow these directions at the top of the checkout screen.

Enter your first and last name as the shipping name and then for the Company Name enter the name of the FFL and then their actual shipping address.

The FFL Locator is a general FFL list of all known and valid FFLs. To ensure the fastest delivery and there are no hick-ups which could delay your order, we recommend that you confirm they will accept FFL transfers and what fee they will charge you and contact your receiving FFL licensed dealer and have them email their FFL license to us at liberty@libertysttatearmory.com.

For our main website https://libertystatearmory.com all prices include the credit card fees we pay to our third party processors. We do charge for shipping and sales taxes though on top of the advertised price.

For Third Party resell websites, such as https://gunbroker.com and https://gunsamerica.com and other third party forum type sites we may pass third party- processing fees on to the end customer (see the listing for details).

All items must be paid for in full at time of purchase.

However, as a customer you may obtain financing thru third-party lenders such as Credova or Affirm which may have promotional period, visit https://credova.com or https://affirm.com for more information. These lenders may be integrated into some advertised products.

In stock means we have it ready to ship to you in our store, or that it is readily available to ship from our quality distribution partner’s centers.

We process all orders on a first in-first out basis. Occasionally, you may place an order for an In Stock item and it may become out of stock before we fulfill it. In such a case you will be notified with a new estimated shipping date. Rest assured our Liberty Guarantee ensures you will be 100% satisfied.

Your order will ship from our warehouse in Georgia or from a secured distributor partner warehouse which may be located throughout the United States.

We collect and calculate sales tax based on where your order is delivered or picked up at.

After you hit the “Place Order” button and your payment is processed, you will see an "Order Confirmed" page and automatically be sent an email confirmation that your order has been placed in our system after the completion of your purchase from LSA.

However, an account is created automatically when you place your order unless you opt. By creating an account you get access to your order history, tracking, notifications, and special promotions.

If you checkout as a guest without creating an account, you will not have access to that guest checkout order history if you create an account later on.

We love the United States and the Liberty and Freedom and all it stands for. As such we arm Americans to defend themselves from adversaries foreign and domestic! We only ship to locations within the United States. (Also export laws suck too.)

We DO NOT provide any warranty of any products we sell but do not manufacture ourselves.

We DO provide manufacture warranties for products we actually manufacture such as LSA Ammunition.

Most new firearms ,ammunition, optics, firearms type products, reloading supplies, and other products are warranted against manufacture defect by the manufacturer. All returns or repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer. We do not provide any implied or express warranties (and specifically disclaim such in our Terms & Conditions). manufacturer of the firearms or products purchased. please contact them for replacement or repair of your item.

Due to the nature of these products, all these sales of these products are final once they have been shipped. Please ensure you inspect any firearms (at your receiving dealer), ammunition, optics, and reloading supplies before you use it and read all manufacture’s recommendations and warnings.

Orders cannot be changed, added onto, combined, or edited once it is placed.

Because your state probably isn’t a “Free State” and hates Liberty and Freedom! We suggest you move your ass and family to a Liberty loving state to enjoy the products we sell.

Comnifornia (where the founders of LSA moved out of finally- thank God) and many other Liberty hating states place too many restrictions on the purchase and transfer of firearms, standard magazines, and ammunition so that the continued changes in laws and regulations make it too expensive and frankly a pain in the ass to keep up with to comply with their Liberty and gun hating legal requirements
