At Liberty State Armory customer satisfaction is our goal. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and the quality products we sell and have a 100% satisfaction guarantee as indicated herein to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Liberty Guarantee Return Policy guarantees that your satisfaction is paramount. We ensure and know that our firearms, ammunition, survival products and prepper products are top notch. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer care department as soon as possible and we will do everything to correct the situation.

If you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, via our website, or via email during normal business hours. Please describe in detail the reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and whether you seek an exchange, store credit, or refund (as provided below).

Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund or credit any purchases of firearms, ammunition, optics, or reloading supplies due to the nature of the product (all such sales are final) or refund or credit any fees paid to governmental agencies or others (such as transfer fees, taxes, etc), or fees paid to third parties (such as shipping costs) associated with your order.

All requests made under our Liberty Guarantee must be made no later than 30 days of purchase.

Liberty State Armory is not responsible for delays caused by governmental agencies or third parties associated with your purchase. In certain cases, a governmental backlog can lead to long delays in the process (even beyond the guarantee period).

If you want to exchange your order for a different product, you must request this exchange within 30 days of purchase and complete your exchange within 60 days of purchase. You must return your product to us and pay for your return shipping costs. Your order’s purchase price (less fees paid to governmental agencies or third parties) will be credited to your account in this event.

Refunds will be processed within 180 days of request and approval.
